he was quite the dick in the cartoon. I just watched the first episode and it starts off with link bitching about hyrule being boring. then sees the princess on a lower balcony in her night gown i gues and whistles at her saying "lookin good princess! Specialy from this angle!" lol...jerk

he looked alot like the original interpretations of link actually. Not spot on but if you go pre OOT..maybe even pre link to the past. Link was quite similar in appearance.
Other things in the show are pretty off tho like his sword and shield and shit. Now if you compare him to today's linke yea..he's pretty far off. Besides..who's to say

BElmont was just...no...HE just didnt' seem the part, ya know? It's like they took way too much artistic liscence and made some of the characters sound and act just..wrong.. YEs, Link does look like a not-so-chibi version of his original NES counterpart, but the timeline as far as the games goes is kinda wonky anyway.
I liked Captain N and the Game Masters (Minus BElmonte, who, in the show, if I remember correctly, was a coward, unlike his game counterpart who braved castlevania) Megaman was just...he didn't look right, or sound right..they gave him this little tyke version of Sliungblades Main character's voice.. THey called Pit Kid Icararus instead of Pitt.. There were a lot of videogame-gone-television shows back then, though. THen there came the movies like Double Dragon, Super Mario Brothers...I didn't like the Double Dragon Movie much. it was WAYYYY off from the game.
But I don't think that Link woul,d be a complete asshole...Although I'd be a little pissed if, every time I saved Zelda, Ganny came around and made off with her again. I'd be like "HEY! BIGNOSE! COME BACK HERE WITH MY BITCH!"
