When my girls suit up, they really do suit up. Aidan has a full suit of bird-themed armour I've drawn somewhere. Go look, I'm too lazy. It's more medieval though.

Cey's suit weighs close to a ton and is assisted by nanohydraulics and is also bomb-proof. Relatively. If you drop a nuke by her she's going to die or, if she's like super lucky, come off with fractures or missing limbs or massive internal bleeding. And then she'll die. The suit is radiation-proof so we know she won't die from that.

Though she's a vampire now. So she can't really really die.
