Commission for 
bjbear2001 from Wild Nights '13 of his OC Digimon "Cherib". Took longer 'cause, once again, I gave it a free upgrade from color sketch to the whole shebang.
I think I keep doing it in part 'cause, well so much of my time is spent on private commissions that I want what few pics make it to my gallery to be as slick as possible...

Thank you so much for this, Windpaw! You truly did an awesome work! Even though I know you do great things and you had high expectations for yourself, I did not expect it! I really appreciate all the extra shading within the joints; excellent light gradients in the metallic parts; the color variations and textures in the fur; the color variations in the textiles of the coat; the sheen of the collar; the shading in each wing, on all the wings, in every feather...oh ... and(lest it be overlooked and uncredited) you textured every feather! All freakin' 53 feathers!! And pockets! Your care for the character and pride in your work is evident! My hat is off to you! Next time we meet, I am buying you a drink!
