What i think I love most about this adorable image is the fact that his whimsical tie just plays in so nicely with his incipient otter form. I mean blue bubbles? that is adorable and so otterlike ^.^ I also really liked your use of shading and coloration to show how the fur is growing in places as he transforms rushing to catch up. The bi rudder tail is just fun but the ears are really catching looking very otterlike but still just human enough to show he hasn't even begun to change fully. The ears really bring the transmutation home and are a fantastic touch and a good bit of attention to detail.
