Why are the markings like that: Oh no..blood OooOooo.. Kipp while alive was stabbed through the throat which in turn severed his spine and well, killed him as you may guess. He Lives on as a ghost and chose not to clean up the wound as a reminder of how he was wronged. He does not cry, rather, he falsely rolled his bloody fingertips under his eyes to convince himself he had. The stripes are natural.

Two tails: The longer Kipp remains a ghost the more chance he has to earn another tail by years or by doing something to better himself. Like a Kitsune in a way..

Crown: A self gift, another lie to make himself feel better about his removal from the world of the living, believes he's on some grand quest.
