Let's introduce Leon Wingheart the Articuno. He is  Rose_Wingheart's father. He doesn't have ESP so he uses his Silver DS to communicate with Rose. He can't breathe underwater, but can Stay underwater for 2 hours like most Phoenixans. Sometimes me and Rose disable our underwater breathing underwater so Leon won't feel left out.
