The "Swiss Maker" is a heavy anti-infantry/anti-light armor machine gun that focuses it's strength on "Spray and pray" tactics.
It fires a hail of 7.62×51mm surplus rounds at roughly 3,629 rounds/min, meaning it runs out of ammunition very quickly...
The gun also deteriorates very quickly as well, having an average lifespan of 7 months.
The JuNkers create their weapons and vehicles out of old pre-war technology/scrap, so of course every build will vary in parts.
