I mean the feather headdress is a sacred religious icon to the plains Natives....they only give it a very select few of their most honored veterans of war and leaders. Its kind of like a religious medal of honor. Don't you think its a bit inappropriate to be wearing it with a fursuit? I mean maybe your mate is Native, I don't know him, but that symbol is so exclusive and has such a history of being misused for oppressive means.

To give you an idea of how exclusive it is, my family is Native but from Colombia. The chances of any of us being awarded that headdress are less than the chances of us getting a medal of honor from the USA. Part of is the fact that we aren't even Natives from the plains.

Oh I've done the research. Some people consider it to be outright racism, In fact I live quite a bit a bit of that racism. I decided to be polite because I wasn't sure how informed you were.

Ignore that Nimes guy, he/she is an obvious troll. I have cree blood in my family ( my great grandfater was Cree First nations)
