An adoptable from  strawberry-wolf-girl

Palela was born to a Spanish father and an American mother in Florida. Weredolphins are usually geniuses (her parents work at Cape Canaveral), but Palela always had to deal with being of only average intelligence. She is a hairdresser in Miami, very much a party girl who likes crazy, fruity cocktails. She likes going out with her friend Bree Fong when she's off duty. Probably does a bit more since dolphins are horny bastards.

I will probably alter her a bit to make her more dolphin like, some extra fin and I have no idea what do about the feet.
