Oh wow that's quite the task! Good luck! I'd really like to see your take on some sort of bear, perhaps with one of the two center men characters on the bottom row? The far right man on the bottom row especially could be interesting since his angry expression might translate interesting into bear-ish features! Your call though, can't wait to see more!
