i have many original species that are being used in the Experiment C.O.R.U story/game but this is one of my faves <3 i love the hallow stags and this one is my baby, Taksony <3

little info on them-
Hallow stag's bodies are filled with vines, roots that replace muscles and move the skeletal body. The hide they wear is the original one from death but colours have changed over time, they come in many colours but mostly range from gold to black.

The Hallow stags face is actually the pumpkin, this beast uses its sharp hooves to kill its own kind and eat the meat, though due to the pumpkin teeth not being able to chew food the hallow stag is able to extend vines from its mouth, using them to take the skull of its first victim and lodge it in the pumpkin mouth, vines then start to wrap around the skull and create jaw muscles. (not pictured above, my little Takky has only just got his skull, some older hallow stags have been seen with the pumpkin around the throat and a full recreation of a stag head made from vines. )

Hallow stags steal souls, they silently creep up on hunters and attack. If someone happens to befriend a Hallow stag or manages to get close without being attacked, its said that the last words and screams of souls can be heard from the skulls mounted on its shoulders.
