Second villain for my project! This time we have a very twisted kangaroo prankster, Willie Jagger.

Backstory: Born in Syndey, Australia, Willie had always wanted to pursue a career as a comedian. His most desired role for that career was Stand-Up. However, when he made his first debut, absolutely no one laughed at his jokes and he became the most embarrassing comedian ever. After years of depression because of his failure, he then took a job as a cartoonist and made several Slap-Stick comics. This time, unlike his Stand-Up comedy, his Slap-Stick comedy had some people literally DIE laughing. This has gave Willie the opportunity to vow vengeance on those who gave him his depression after failing as a stand-up comedian. He took a career in the crime environment, built his own amusement park in the desertland of Australian and became a twisted, insane mad man causing people to laugh so hard until they die. He had also made his own alcohol which when drinking many of it would send the person into an illusion of scary and creepy imagery.
