I'm sure Coro will be very surprised to meet a slobber-covered kitsune emerging from the temple path later after the story (;
Well... This is a huge mess. The strange-furred kitsune (named Christy!) walking alone through the temple mused. Leaves littered the floor, along with what appeared to be the smashed and discarded shells of some oversized insects. I should have known that weird guy with the bad soup was giving me a bad deal...
She had been "hired" (if getting a free lantern and a limited, reduced price on lantern oil counted as payment) to help clear out a temple deep within the forest, said to be full of monsters. Maybe treasure, too! Not all vixens were greedy, but one really couldn't turn up the chance for possible treasure (and a lantern too, she supposed), especially in the poor farming region of Ordon.
Well, it seemed like a good deal at the time. The only problem was that someone had already been here and cleared out this temple.
Stepping gingerly over a dry, crackling, thankfully empty spider corpse, she failed to notice the ominous bulges, hidden within a wreath of leaves, scattered around the general area. Christy had been too busy avoiding the spider and taking the rest of the room in, full of awe, to see them. It was a huge room, too. Doors were located high up above her, but there was a series of stairs and vines that would help he reach them. Although she was seriously beginning to doubt the memory of the guy who sent her ("Well, yeah, some guy did go there. It's been a long time, though; that guy probably didn't clear out all the bugs and monsters!"), and the noticeable lack of any treasure, she supposed she could at least repay the lantern favor by scoping out the rest of the temple.
Taking a step forward, an empty chest (she could see the lid popped) high up on a ledge. She barely had time to curl her lips in distaste before the "dead" grass below her erupted!
"Ahhhhhhh!" She screamed as a huge, slobbering plant... thing forced itself out of the ground, shaking its "head" around, spraying some sort of plant saliva from a massive, dripping "tongue." Those teeth it possessed also looked fairly nasty... Being a kitsune, she quickly got her wits about her, and was able to sever the head from the stem using a short sword she had.
"What?!" Christy shouted again as the creature merely flipped over, having been flung away by the ferocity in her attack, and began bouncing itself back over to her! Thinking quickly, she was able to finally dispatch it again by dodging the sharp fangs and stabbing it several times in the fleshy tongue. With a last, strangled slurping sound, it withered into dust. She quickly set the remaining bulb on fire before it could regenerate. This was a strange land; she would believe the plants could quickly regrow if they could have fangs, a tongue, and survive off the roots for that long.
What Christy didn't realize was, that because of the rapid nature of the attack, she was now standing in front of another bulb that housed another one of the dangerous plants. One step backwards...
Another plant erupted from the dead-looking leaves behind her, and this time, there was no action fast enough. It quickly grabbed her from her footpaws, and she could feel the thick, slimy saliva coating her fur as the tongue wrapped around them. Christy reached for her weapons, but all of them - sword, lantern, anything vaguely useful - had been thrown from her body due to the plant's quickness.
Struggling wasn't helping either; although the strange plant wasn't using its fangs, the thick, two-colored tongue was wrapped tightly around her legs, and she couldn't drag herself away from it along the ground. That soon wasn't an option anyways; using some massive strength, the plant effortlessly lifted her while body off of the ground, leaving her torso and head dangling free.
The plant had used the gravity to its advantage, and more of Christy's lower body slid into the creature's mouth, and she felt her feet enter the creature's throat.
It was a strange feeling; not unlike a normal throat, but possibly even tighter, and stranger muscle movements. Struggling would no longer help; all the plant had to do was tilt back its head and let her slide down into the squeezing throat. Two of her tails remained outside of the plant altogether, but she could practically feel the bulge the rest of them were making in the plant's stalk. She could avoid the sharp points that were the plant's fangs, but she could not get out of the throat's strong grasp.
The constructing tongue was not helping matters either. It was loose enough to allow her body to slide down deeper within the plant's "body," but not enough for her to even struggle very much anymore. With a massive gulp - and a slight squeak from the shocked 'sune - her ENTIRE body, up to one last, feeble attempt to escape, was pulled down the stalk. Her hand grasped weakly at the strangling tongue, but she could feel its hold gently loosening and lightly pushing on her body to aid her journey into its body. The head was titled up fully, and Christy saw her last view of daylight (more like a dusty, dark old temple!) before the jaws closed and her body was finally and completely pulled into the stalk that functioned as a throat.
Despite her situation, she was almost... enjoying this. The plant really had been more gentle than she had expected (no use of teeth, at least) and she didn't know too many people that could say they had been in the belly of a plant! She wasn't exactly sure how she'd get out of this, but she was a vixen. She'd figure it out.
But first things first... She had really begun to enjoy her descent, now that the painful constriction was over, and she began to smile in her happiness. She felt her toes touch up against a slight barrier, and she lightly pushed against it, urging it to accept her eager body into the warm embrace of a foreign body. It opened instantly at her touch, seeming to welcome her inside.
Her toes wiggled in the new space, and the tips of her tails joined in. It was not too long before the rest of her body joined her in the enclosed-but-slightly-enlarged "stomach," and she sighed in contentment. It hadn't been too bad, really, and the feeling of the walls tight up against her was not an unwanted feeling. The added addition of having some light through the thin covering of the plant was an unusual bonus that was not disliked.
A rumbling filled her senses, and it wasn't long before she realized the plant was purring! Christy felt much safer then. This plant had been much different than its slobbering brethren, and it probably meant her no harm due to this. Christy too knew the wonderful feeling of a full stomach - this was probably its way of trying to make friends!
Any other adventurer passing through the temple that day would have been surprised to come across that room - an exposed, purring Baba Serpent, with a giggling bulge near the ground.
As per my wishes, there is no death (especially by digestion or asphyxiation) involved in this picture. I apologize if this goes against YOUR views of vore, but it does not go against mine. I do not like death (as generally pertains to vore) - especially digestion - so there is none of that going on this picture.
