My final for my oil painting class last term. Both the professor and I were really happy with the outcome. I loved the photo I was working from, its just a wonderful scene to wake up to seeing your cat on the dining room table sun bathing haha. I love painting scenes with my cat since I have so many great photos of him hah.
I wish I had a better photo, but unfortunately the painting was too large to scan. Of course it is way more vibrant in person.

Yeah he isn't allowed on the table when we're actually eating, but there would be only three people in the house, so he'd have his own chair to sit on during food times haha. It's difficult to get him to not sit on the counters and such and he's only destructive (knocking things over) when he's hungry so it's not too bad hahaa.
