Hi!
On days when the house is empty, and Pennsylvania has spontaneously burst into monsoon season, I enjoy going into the kitchen and throwing random stuff into a pot tasting along the way! Today I threw together this creation. It turned out great, and I figured I'd share the recipe with my favorite community and fandom!
Disclaimer: keep in mind I am not a professional cook, just a hungry 17 year old. The recipe is not solid, and if attempted, ingredients should be added at the cooks taste and choice. Add things the way you like! People's taste buds vary. And remember that I have no idea if anyone has made this before.
Yes I know... A disclaimer on a recipe, well, my excuse is that this is the Internet.
Now, for the ingredients:
- butter, Pam, or olive oil
- Chicken broth
- water
- 2 Kraft Mac and cheese easy Mac mini packs (with cheese not mixed in)
- a glob of cream cheese ( by glob I mean a spoon scoop)
- 2 tablespoons of sugar (varies according to taster)
- red hot (any hot sauce really)
- cherry tomatoes and mushrooms (preferably diced)
- a slice or two of pepper jack cheese, and a handful of shredded sharp cheddar (again, add as needed.)
- garlic, salt, vinegar, and pepper

My steps (willing to be improved on):
- butter, PAM, or olive oil the small to medium sized pot
- add about an inch and a half of broth ( around 3.5 to 4cm.) to a small to medium sized pot, add same or more amount of water.
- when hot, add the powdered cheese off of the easy Mac, stir.
- throw the glob of cream cheese in!
- after stirring, add diced tomatoes and mushrooms, continue to stir (you know... Stir the whole time essentially)
- throw in your cheeses, add as much as you think should be in
- stir graciously, and apply your hot sauce (I used red hot, and lots of it because I like a kick). Add until tastes good.
- now add the vinegar, continue to stir
- throw in the garlic, salt, and pepper to your liking
- oh, and don't forget a little bit of sugar, once again, add until it's to your liking.
AS FOR THE PASTA:
- boil water
- use any kind you like!
- we also don't want to waste the easy Mac noodles, so through them in too!
When both are done, place noodles on a plate, and add the sauce! (I hope you guys know to do this and how to boil pasta)
And then enjoy!!!

Now I can't exaggerate this enough, add things so they taste good to YOU.
Also, throw some of your own ingredients in! Have some fun with it.
If you do, show me and tell me about it! Give me some pointers, and we can share recipes!
