80g smashed up digestive biscuit
30g melted unsalted butter

37g Caster sugar
1 egg
30ml of lime juice
2 Strawberries
METHOD
Preheat oven to 160degreesC/310degreesF/gas 2&half
Greese up your cake tin or cooking bowl with greesed tin foil
Now for the fun bit... Smash up your biccies like a hungry hulk in a bag with a rolling pin (or food processor if you're lucky) then put them and the melted butter in the bowl and mix then press down to make a good sturdy nommy base then place in the fridge while you play with cheese Hehe :D
Mix choccy cheese until smooth and creamy gradually add sugar them the egg whilst mixing :D then add the lime juice... It's supposed to be runny if you're wondering...
We then grab the biccie base and add the gooey goodness on top slowly and even...
Then place in oven for 45mins
Then slice and place the strawberrys and place in the fridge to set & cool for a minimum of 6hrs
Hope you like it :)
