More abstract metal sculpture that I did for a class.

I was trying for a reinterpretation of the classic order vs. chaos theme. Material is 1/2 inch steel bar that I cut off a security gate. "Order" side was angle cut, gas welded, then bead blasted. "Chaos" side was hammer forged, then viciously attacked with a MIG welder and a large torch.

I believe this piece is currently holding up a plant in my dad's apartment.
