Yes, that's Muffy Vanderschmeer.
She and Buffy were posing as a rich married couple who tricked Becky into
taking the Sea Duck.
They can be seen in the "A Touch Of Glass" episode.
So be sure to buy the TaleSpin DVDs.

The artwork is very good, but when are we going to see foxes not being bad guy/girl characters? I happen to really like foxes, and they need to be seen in a positive light.
