Aaaaand the last one. Because it's done and why not. (If you're wondering what happened to the previous two chapters or why this is suddenly the "fourth" chapter, they're now merged with this into one cohesive chapter. They didn't exactly stand well on their own two legs, I felt.)

Here Dexter's motives and reasonings for being in the city of giants are brought into light and turned on him, Rey attends the rally to spread awareness for tinies with chaotic results, and Fiela finally gets just what she wants. A happy ending for all (maybe less for some), now with 10% more collie-punching.

Forewarning: It's long. Read at your own risk/leisure. However, there's no real point in splitting it up any further, so I'm uh...not doing that. Too long, in fact, to put it in this preview/comment section, apparently.
