This is the part of the game when you face off with the GTR attack, well this happends if you chose many options like "Rescue the research center" & "surrend fight latter".
Skippy feels very sad & runs away cause his friends are dead (Sonic 2 for game gear Deyavu). I made this using marker painting, well looks like made in Mario Paint though.
