The last of my papers has been taken care of. After handing it in this afternoon, my summer vacation has officially started. In one fell swoop I have all the free time I could ever wish for. This little dragon was originally drawn for quick shading practice; I was trying to practice shading with warm colors and highlighting with cool colors. I was also trying to bump up my digital art skills, which are a bit low for my liking at the moment. But I got really tired of seeing it and so it is now helping me as an announcement deviation, announcing my summer vacation.
Summer means time to paint. First of all I'm going to work on my portfolio a bit. Secondly I'm opening a few commission slots. Two to be exact.Journal about it inbound.
