In fact, the palette you see which isn't clean is my coffee special one, so I keep all of my pigments to re-use it for ! The another is a watercolor palette, only for it, so always clean !
And I work with watercolors since 15 years ! I'm a watercolor agreed teacher too and I always explain too how important is to have a clean palette ! (Even if you can keep some of your colors done in another piece, most important is to have brushes cleaned, you can use another palette for . :3)
