What's the average rent for a unit the size of yours?

Around here 2 bed one bath is around $500-600 month.

Mine's only $569, this is for when we move into a real apartment when my contract with this place is up in August.

My fiance, myself, and possibly one of my current roomies/long time best friend are going to get a /real/ house... not this dorm life bullshit. xD We just set away $1,000 to make sure we could cover every initial thing. :)

Who's got the best credit rating?

In this market one of the best things you could do is buy a house. We only pay about $50 more a month with a mortgage than we did paying rent.

I do, I used to have pristine credit until my fuckass room mate ruined it by not paying what she owed me for the electric. My mother is the manager of a bank and established it all nice and perfect for me. It's still pretty good but ugh I was so mad at her for that.

My fiance has like lol bad cred cause he made some stupid decisionsssssssssss but anyway

I will definitely look into that!
