Old Airsoft Armory: All time favorite AEG of all time!
The TOP M60 Seal model:
Ya I will shamelessly say I love the M60 and most of it's variants, though when I finally saved up enough to get one TOP discontinued productions of all there models and the seal version was the only one I could get for my price range.
Bottom line; I loved it, all metal, reall 1:1 scale and had a huge capacity. The hop up was excellent as well, it was able to shoot further then my other AEG's.
The seal model is a real varrient where Seal teams back in the old days would use short barrels and take off as much as they could to save weight. They would load up with tracers and aim with fire. Myself on the other hand, swapped out the top cover with a railed version and stuck a aimpoint on it.

To be honest I wouldnt pay more then $400 for one NIB, back in the day ya they were the shit but they had there downfalls that were remedied when CA came out with there m249 it changed the way LMG's were made and copied. TOP used the actual body as the gear box which was ok if stocked but if you wanted to upgrade it you had alot of hit and miss to deal with. Loved the gun as is but with the other options out today and wanting to upgrade I would see it more of a wall hanger then actually using it. My .02 of course
i agree with you to a certain level, but something like bladed weapons, i love collecting, even if I never end up using them. my specialty is in Asian blades from as far east as Japan to as west as India. but it's something about having the complete collection of the blades and seeing the craftsmanship of all other cultures throughout time is just plain fascinating to me. my uncle doesn't use all his guns, but he collects all types.
