Why he did not post the picture I do not know - It was 'finished' in his eyes for several days so he could.
Considering this is my own comish I feel rightfully so to do with it what I want as long as I give credit to the artist's work.
Lets also not forget that rawr himself gave me the file required to edit the picture.
I am not mad; I am dissapointed in the product I paid for and since he made it very clear he was not going to finish it - I took it upon myself to get it finished.
So if that annoys you then I'm terribly sorry but in the end its mine to do with as I please - And I damn well will.

There is a certain way to treat artists. You have to make it clear from the START what you want exactly.
You cannot tell someone to fix things as they're drawing it, it completely interupts the drawing flow, especially if its a pose or something like that since you're basically telling him to start over.
From what *I* see, you got the same quality as anyone else, and even got to have a complete anatomy and complex wing design while Rawr usually gets clients asking him for inflation related stuffs.
And considering the immature description you put with this picture, I have no doubt that you were a difficult and annoying client to deal with.

I've been very clear as to my wishes - Infact due to my perfectionistic nature I made sure not to skip a single detail in the original request.
If I can't tell people to fix things as they're drawing how am I supposed to do it then?
Should I let them finish and afterwards tell them there is a mistake? - That makes no sense whatsoever.
It being a livestream and rawr asking "Is this correct" prettymuch means I can say Yes or No right?
It shouldn't matter what he normally does; He took my comish knowing very well how I look and what I wanted; If anything making him draw something outside his confort zone is only helping him become a better artist.
If he wasn't capable of doing it he would have said "I can't do that; please choose something else."
If posting a description explaining my side of the story in what I feel is a calm way is considered immature to you; then I do not want to see your reaction to people posting "Hurr durr I hate him, derp made this and I hate it - he shouldn't draw - noone should comish him" comments.
In the end I will not deny I'm difficult to work with - I like my things done the way I want it ... But I pay for that fuck me right?

You paid for a quick streamed sketch. You didn't pay for a commission that he agreed to spend hours and hours on.
What I am saying is that you got, for the same price, a complete anatomical drawing while usually for that price rawr would have done a cartoon pooltoy character that have much simpler shapes.
And oh please, rawr said according to your post that he spent 6times the amount of work he would have spent on another commission, so he obviously has been patient with you and here you are, rubbing him into dirt because you didnt get your way. And hey, rawr uses his quick sketch steam to pay the rent and your over pickyness was making everyone else wait, so fuck him too right?

Honestly the only reason he claims its taken so long is his inability to listen.
Strangely enough he was absolutely fine and great to work with in the previous pictures - but for some reason this one he was just completely absent.
The six times hours taken thing is what he said - wether that is actually true I doubt as the same ammount of work has gone onto this compared to the other pictures; He's just decided to stop mid sketch and pick up again several days later.
Saying that everyone just gets simple pooltoy characters and I got a complete anatomical drawing is prettymuch BS; There are plenty of other examples of non inflatable or even inflatable characters he's drawn in these streams that have great anatomical details or details in general.
For some reason he wasn't interested in this one and it showed in the moaning and work I got in the end.
What rawr does with his money is none of my concern; I don't care if pays rent, pays for toys or burns it to keep warm; Aslong as I pay for something I expect to get it.
