Merci beaucoup to

One of the challenges in writing is in setting the tone of the story. The structure of your sentence needs to be weighed just as heavily as your vocabulary. Part of the reason that I jumped at the opportunity to commission these specific pictures from Rick (you know, aside from the fact that he's a great artist and I've been wanting to extend my patronage to him for many a year) is because this IA was to be done entirely in black and white, which does a spectacular job in depicting the tone I worked so hard to set. I always love when visual and literary style overlap in literature, and I want my story to do that.

It really is. I have been wanting to get pieces from him for many years now, and this Iron Artist came out at the perfect time, so I snatched up the opportunity when I could. I would kill to work with Mr. Griffin again, because it was a wonderful experience on my part. I know that this was done almost entirely for money, but I do hope that he enjoyed doing a different style than the typical bright and upbeat pictures he does so well. I know that I enjoyed writing out the details for him!
