Sometimes I feel like there's no perfect solution for large group pictures. Using perspective would result in less vertical space for all the characters & make characters further in the back smaller. Even if your solution to this isn't the realistic one for group pictures, I somehow haven't noticed this in your work until now. Yer method here works.

As for me, it's mostly quite good but when I'm not looking toward cameras I do have a bit of a snout and my ears are bigger, very foxlike. I have good essample for ju heer. :B
