Plastic 3D LED eyes - these were made by cutting up a plastic bowl and gluing them together for a thicker eye, thus making it 3D and giving it a larger shape.
Spandex "mouth flappies" which were airbrushed
Minky fur
Sewn markings, minimal airbrush for blending
Resin Horns
(Nothing is off center for this mask, I believe she's sitting crooked on the table. xD)
