Here it is. The final bit of the labels I had made and modified slightly. I'm going to bring this to AC and hand it out as I go about ^^ I'm pleased with how this came out for real.
And yes I brewed it myself, bottled it and, aged it.

I used a hydrometer. After mixing all the hops, and malts and adding water up I took a sample and got the original specific gravity (OG). After the brew had time to ferment 1-2 weeks I took another reading for final gravity (FG). Then Used (OG - FG) x 131.25 = ____ABV%... I didn't do the nerdy thing and put a bunch of decimals. Also the hydrometer is only so accurate.
