the upper part is perfect!
is hard to tell what some of the lower half is tho, the leg might be a bit too thin (right one) but not very noticeable anyways, and what a excellent BG! ^_^

why is it that always when you worry about the shading, etc. your picture comes up looking great?
should I say you to worry always when doing your drawings? hehe
This time the light and shadow came up much more cool than the past submissions ^_^
you increased the shadow and light and it's more noticeable this time, in my opinion looking much more cool.

about the line art, the umbreon is very cute, you did a good job, but I see a little mistake on the left leg, try to enclose around the knee, in my opinion it will look better.
about the eyes: the eyes are very cute looking by themselves but the position of them seem not very good, I suggest to move the eyes a little to the bottom to make him looking down instead.
I mean, the eyes as a whole are very well positioned at the face, but the inner part aren't, just move them a little down and it will look better (in my opinion)

Thank you about the shading and highlight comment, I tried to make them more visible than other drawings. Point noted on the knee and the eyes, though I have trouble making eyes that look down ^^;

well, don't worry about the eyes, as I say, with only a little more downwards would look better, but still they are nice as they are now ^^

^^ so cute! a hint though, if you are trying to do grass on photoshop, go into the brush settings (even if you dont have a tablet) and set the minimum diameter to fade in the dropdown menu, and beside that there is a box with a #, i use around 200-300, less for short grass. ^^
