It looks fucking amazing, I adore that background with all those colours, it's beautiful and I'm quite envious XD
I love how you've shaded Banette and the foreground, especially the little creases in her skin and the ridges above her eyes C: Her eyes themselves have a really nice depth to them too, and for some reason I really like how you've drawn and painted her tail :3
Also the little details of the lamp and cocktail glass are awesome, I especially love how you rendered the ice cubes and the flame :3
