He's a calico. She's a silver fox. Together, they fight crime! Or at least cut a decent rug. This piece started with an idle Google search of swing dance couples and ended up with furry Prohibition-era festivities. So I guess that makes it more of a Lindy hop. Emphasis on the hop.
I'd love to get a full color set of either Prismacolor or Copic markers at some point, but I'm really loving how smooth I can make the details with the cool grays I'm working with now. Now I know why so many artists insist their marker work looks better in person than in the scan.
