He's a psionicist I created some time ago for an RP thing that never really went anywhere. I did this design back in January, and came across it while looking through my art folder. I thought I'd posted it, but apparently not. There are a few other old things I'll put up here too. Some of 'em are girls. Ewwwwwwwww
I couldn't decide if I liked the eye patch or the monocle more so I gave 'im both. Har.
