This hat is covered with fabric from a sock (clean of course!) and features a no-longer-ticking watch (you can still change the time though), watch parts, and almond pheasant feathers. The base is a 4" black felt doll hat. This is cool little steam-punky design and I might end up keeping it for myself if it doesn't sell this weekend.
On the inside of the hat is a dried and pressed four-leaf clover. I intend to put one inside or on each hat.

This hat will be for sale at my Artists' Alley table at Anthrocon this year. I haven't quite decided a price quite yet, but it'll probably be somewhere in the range of $25-$30.
