Abyss Ocarina

This is a Alto Ocarina in C (A4-F6) It is made of ceramic clay and painted with co-polymer varnish as its finish along with various paints underneath.

This ocarina is probably my favorite right now. The surface came out amazing! It has thousands of tiny flat metallic crystals that make it glimmer green at every angle! I was inspired by the sea creatures living in the abyss (lower then light can reach) at the bottom of the ocean. All of the green linework is done in a fluorescent paint that glows very well under black lights.
