well, MAYBE claude, I'm not sure of that name for him,
considering I'm re-using it from an old dead oc loool.
this looks...awkward...this painting has the 2 main things i hate to draw, hands and water.
also idk what move he's using Whirlpool maybe? orwaterbending//shot

anyway he's my Phione gijinka
....and it's not like I like that Pokemon or anything, seriously it's one of the hardest Pokemon to gijinka cuz of the limited color pallet and stuff guhh....but only for the purpose of having his mother being a legendary (Manaphy) and his father being a Ditto pfftt. I also wanted to make a guy Phione, since a lot of my other gijinka's of these sort of small pokemon are females. (Shaymin, Mew, Jirachi, etc)

His design will probably change next time i draw him...i missed out on some of the detail while i was painting.
i'll sketch out his full design and profile later.
and hopefully one day i'll make a pokemon gijinka webcomic, i have a bunch of ideas, but not the skill to execute them /sobs
