I've been working out on and off since then trying to tweak my workout a little and being a little lazy with my diet, but I'm starting back up again. x3

What! No cardio? I dont understand why not. Cardio is damn important. I understand if you're going to try to be a professional body builder where you want fat and muscle, but besides that, there is absolutely no benefit to you not doing cardio. I parkour sometimes with my friends and to 'really' be in shape to chase eachother around, we need strong core muscles (its the basis of all your strength in your body. Also, huge extremities and a weak core throw your body off balance, hence why all these HUGE football players sometimes are injured from the smallest things.) good upper and lower body strength, and most of all cardio. We are -technically speaking- sprinting for nearly 3/4 a mile to 1 mile to catch each other. Just to give you a story :P. Otherwise amazing work here! seem to be making some fast progress :3
I do no cardio but i do a ton of core exersizes. I don't have time for cardio because work takes up most of my time :x
I really wanted to get into parkour for a long time.. Just no time x.x.. We like to go out on cool nights when we can though.. Usually my workout and work pretty much put me out though xD

I had to really think about it hard to figure out what works best for me. You just have to keep going at it and figure out the workout/diet plan that is best for you. I workout every morning, shower and go to work. It's really really hard to keep at it cause your muscles feel like they are getting weaker ^^;
