For this badge, the idea came from a comic book I read some 15 years ago. In that comic, a demonic bull had the ability to use magic to transform/disintegrate its enemies into a vaporous form, which it then sucked up. I've always been intrigued by this, and finally got around to requesting it as one of Rodent's many demises.
I can't stress how pleased I am with choosing Kira to do this picture for me. I simply love how this commission came out, with the vaporous effects being amazing and the expressions on both Rodent and the muzzle perfectly fitting of the events taking place.
My thanks to Kira for doing such an incredible job with this. I look forward to displaying this badge at my next convention.

Hey Lunar Prodigy. Yep, I still watch you over on DA. Cool to see you're here as well, as this is where I tend to spend more of my time anymore. Nothing against DA, just that I haven't done much travelling or picture-taking, and it's on DA that I post up those pics, while here I enjoy the furrier side of life. Heh.
And I agree completely. Most of the fun is in coming up with new and interesting ideas, and then seeing how they turn out on paper when someone draws it. Transformation is always a classic with me, though of course, it often depends on the situation around it, and what I'd be transformed into. :)

*laughs* Yeah, it's not soul vore. I guess it doesn't have a technical name, though perhaps absorbtion would work; considering that the vaporous victim would probably be sucked down into the lungs and absorbed through them. But either way, it's still another fun way for a rat to meet his demise.
