Two characters of mine. Jack the swamp hare and Magnolia the otter/bear. I realized after a while that Magnolia sort of resembles Evol's character design but I chose not to change her because this is how she looks in my mind and they are not identical...so yeah.

Basically they're live in the apartment building with Ziggy (a couple a floors below). Jack's a heroin addict and pretty much has tried every drug under the sun. Magnolia also partakes in such activities. They often have no food in their apartment or "forget" to pay their bills so they have a tendency to try to mooch off their more friendly neighbors. Jakin's sort of friends with them. (Jakin being Ziggy's room-mate). Ziggy personally feels that Magnolia is an utter waste of life and Jack could be okay if he cleaned up his act. Regardless she often offers food to Jack because he's really, really thin-- partially due to his naturally lean nature but also because he's so wrapped up in his addiction that he forgets to eat.

By the by, they're holding hands behind their backs if you were wondering why their arms suddenly stopped at their elbows.
