I got a request for a scale tail to match a reference given. It was a pretty specific design, so I did something I'd been thinking of for a while and put together a pattern to lay out colors for every scale in the tail. Here's the pattern for the commissioner's approval before I start building it.
At some point I think I'll probably post up the .svg I made for this so that people can design the specific details of their commissions if they so desire. Though I'd post it with a different placeholder design than this probably, since this one is of a commissioner's character and that wouldn't feel right.
