Working on a new hoof design for more artsy/fashiony hoof boots. Shown is the present sculpt/mod piece where I am cleaning up things or making changes. Will be very sturdy! and more streamlined overall. Features 3 points of support (though the wearer will still be on their toes) and will be cast in a high durability urethane rubber. Can have boots sunk into the mold while curing, or screwed-on depending on the style. Hmph, we'll see.

Hate to be the odd one in here, but I gotta say I prefer the older style (Gen 2) Hooves. They looked more real for the majority of atriodactyl Ungulates (even-toed hooved mammals). I can understand the need for some to have the extra support and making it look like a dew claw was a good idea, but I just think the Gen 2 hooves look more authentic.
