Ex-con, man-whore, leech... Arcade is an Oni of many charms. Having rotted in prison since the age of eighteen, he's got very few living skills anyone could really call 'reputable.' He's spent his days since his release crashing on the couch of his more responsible brothers, a trio of mechanics who run a garage in the seedier parts of France. He makes a meager living dancing at a local metahuman gay club, while helping his brothers fix up the vehicles of local gangs on the side. A pack a day smoking habit and a predilection for fine clothing keeps him from making much more of himself. That and the fact he's lazy as all hell. Money's always a good incentive to get him off his ass, mind you~
