Bowser is soooo great as a character/icon and he should have had his own platformer eons ago.
Beyond that, Mario needs new villains to trounce. The same old story gets old after a while, and Bowser has actually become a really likable guy haha

Yeah, I mean, think of all the secondary characters that have had their own games. Luigi, Yoshi, Wario, all the babies, and even Princess Toadstool! Bowser hasn't had the spotlight for more than a few levels at a time! He DESERVES a game!
(not to mention, I absolutely hate Mario. He's a dick on so many levels.)
