concerning your comment about smooth colour penciles.... couple of suggestions: colouring very light and in layers... is the first one, Second one, invest in a colourless blending pencil... those are awesome (I Sware by them) ((http://www.prismacolor.com/sanford/.....=SNPRCat100059 is what I personally use just so you are aware)) But once you get your colour fixed to your paper then go over it with the colourless blender... what happens is it'll fill in all the pores in the paper and give you a bright, beautiful smooth finish...
