Wow, really nice job! I've tried livedrawing at zoos a few times but I'm always having a hard time finding animals that sit close enough or don't move. (drawing their movement is interesting too but it's not really the same thing!)

Usually I'm too busy taking photos, haha.

I always take photos but then I never look at them again! It's so dumb. I never get to draw the animals at the zoos because like you said, they're too far away, or they move too much. We were very fortunate this trip.

Oh oh oh you would LOVE it, the Safari Park JUST opened up a new exhibit where they have like the aviary where the birds fly around and walk around at will, they have one with LEMURS. The lemurs are free to walk about and you're in the enclosure with them! So cool! They weren't very active when we were there but it was so neat to know that there were no barriers at all so if you wanted you could situate yourself in such a way that you could draw them as you wished.

I have never been to the WAP, hope to go some day!

This is my favorite zoo, ever :D More than half of their species roam free including several lemur species and a group of 130 Bolivian squirrel monkeys. Every time a foreign friend comes to visit I take them there :)
