Alright, well, this is a relatively short write-up of my backstory. This is also my past life story, since I'm otherkin/therian/whatever you want to call it. My character is heavily based on my past-life self, so this is the backstory based on mostly my memories and some of Bloss'. The story is depressing in places, and there are mild mentions of rape without going into details, some minor physical and emotional abuse, but it definitely has a happy ending. You may notice that it doesn't focus too much on the life Bloss and I had together. There is plenty I could write on that, but this was mostly a quick write-up about how I got where I was. At some point, Bloss and I may work on writing a novel about our lives.
In fact, my ref sheet is almost completely my past life self, minus a few changes: I had no piercings. As far as I remember, I wasn't chocolate-covered strawberry flavored. I could not morph myself or others. I did not have unlimited milk or cum, even though I had a lot. I also could not have more than one cock, more than two balls, more than two breasts, more than one sex, or any other extra body parts. I certainly didn't have a prehensile cock, which I guess was unfortunate. lol
As a side note, I might write up a separate character backstory at some point that includes all of the extra abilities my character has vs. my past life self, but we'll see. :3 If I do, it'll probably be less depressing.

Bloss is my IRL mate, so how me for the first time is in that story. :3 If you want to know how I found her again in this life, we ended up chatting on SL back in 2007, and on her birthday in 2008, I went out to visit her, and I ended up taking her home with me. We've been living together for over five years now and married for over two. :3
Interesting enough that you made your otherkin past life the background of your fursona... somewhat different from myself, my fursona is loosely based on my past memories and there are lots of metaphors, I don't feel like disclosing everything.
