So, I went ahead and made a girl fursuit. I learned a few things about making wigs and adding padding to the body. Although I could've done better on the hairpiece, it was my first one and I made the whole thing from scratch.

I kind of like how it came out, although it deviated a little from what I was expecting. However based on peer review (my mom) it seems to be pretty good, as she told me they they looked better than "the ugly ones at the convention (I) went to", leading me to the conclusion that she was possibly comparing me to "Corpsetail".

But it was a fun project all the same, so now I can go onto my commissions with a little more confidence. I'll upload a few more pictures later.
