In my time in the tub,I had several friends who really enjoyed doing things like this, and this was the end result of one period of talk between us... Apparently I would be a pretty powerful card if I was a Magic creature. The artwork I believe is Gideons. I hope he doesn't mind too much, and I'll take it down if he does; I just wanted to show off the card. I might do an edit with another piece of art later.

Well, it is a flying 5/5 creature. That'd be about U5/UU4 right there. The creature type ability isn't really all that useful, so probably another 1 there. The ability to tap creatures with power based on the amount of islands you control, though; for a mono Blue deck, that could be devastating. That'd make it worth the UUU6.
Side note; this is the first player-made Magic card I've seen (from what people have made online, thereby not counting real life) whose mana cost is actually appropriate for the card abilities. Good job.
