It was a lot of back and forth at first. But in the last 3 days the list remained rather stable. The winning name for this Character is "Saber" and so it shall be.

I must say this was rather enlightening, the name "Scratch" got an equal amount of 1 and 5 star ratings. I hadn't expected it to be so polarizing.
I also didn't expect the final scores to be so even. Some names I assumed to receive a much lower rating compared to the others, I guess that will teach me to not dismiss options right from the start.

After the first hour of voting I noticed that I was rooting for "Slate" all along. It's funny how you can't decide on something until someone else is doing the decision for you.
No worries though, "Saber" is rather fitting and I shall remember "Slate" for another character in the future.
