And it is in book form! The first load of my Worlds of Power books have arrived today!
For those who don't know, Worlds of Power is a book series written by a fellow by the name of F.X. Nine back in the early 90s. He basically took the best (and sometimes not best) Nintendo games from the NES era and turned them into books. They are in no way canon to the original game, and the corniness and awkward jokes make for a comical read. In a nutshell, fanfics so bad, they're good!
There were 10 books published. I ordered them all, and so far I have 6. Blaster Master, Metal Gear, Ninja Gaiden, Bionic Commando, Before Shadowgate, and the big one there, Mega Man 2. I'm still waiting on Wizards and Warriors, Infiltrator, Bases Loaded 2, and the best of them all, Castlevania 2. Hopefully they all show up by the end of the month. Anyone want me to read you a passage from any of them? :P

Love how sunsoft made the blaster master book cannon.
Man I loved those books,had the entire series...don't ever lose or get rid of them...one of the worst mistakes of my childhood was lending my entire set to my neighbor...they were in pieces by the time I got them back.
